Shipping FAQ
I haven't received a tracking email.
Tracking emails are sent once your order ships (1-3 business days after ordering). Check your spam folder. If you still don't see it after 3 business days, email us at hello@velawellness.com.
My tracking shows no updates.
It can take 24-48 hours for tracking to update after the initial scan. If there are no updates after 5 business days, contact us and we'll investigate.
Can I change my shipping address?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us immediately at hello@velawellness.com and we'll do our best to update it.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is coming soon.
