How to Request a Refund
Email us at hello@velawellness.com with your order number and a brief explanation of why you'd like a refund. We'll process your refund within 3-5 business days.
Do I Need to Return the Product?
For orders under $100, no return is required. For orders over $100, we may ask you to return the unused portion. We'll provide a prepaid shipping label if a return is needed.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card company.
Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. There are no cancellation fees. If you cancel before your next renewal date, you will not be charged again.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll send a replacement at no cost.
